Join us on Thursday, September 19, 2024, for a presentation by Tim Rigby (Anna's dad) on the options relating to surrogate decision making for your child when he/she turns 18 years of age. This will include, but will not be limited to, a discussion of guardianship, the alternatives to guardianship, and recent developments in this area. Following the surrogate decision making discussion, Tim will also address special needs estate planning and its relationship to government benefits eligibility for your child.
